The Living Lounge Suite	A four room lounge suite: hosting a king bedroom, Jacuzzi tub bathroom, full kitchen open to living area with double bed spring futon couch, TV/ VCR/ Stereo/ DVD, and dining area. 	Accommodations are comfortable, spacious and inviting. All suites are self-contained with a private entrance and share an exclusive main floor B&B guest lounge: with sauna / steam room, treadmill, and entertainment facilities.
	Rates are per suite, based on single or double occupancy per evening.
	Cots are available upon request for an additional $35 (includes breakfast for 3rd guest).
	Extended stay (greater than five days) and group booking discounts are available. Please inquire for full details.
	Trail Permits for our local forest's motorized and non-motorized multi-use trail system are available at a discount with all Hillcrest-Inn reservations. Please ask about a trail permit and trail map when making your reservations.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Please note: All reservations require a full credit card deposit at the time of booking. Deposits will be authorized on the date of receipt, and settled only on the scheduled date of arrival (optional cash, draft, or traveler cheque settlement is welcome). A 5% surcharge for final settlement by credit card is applicable.

Cancellations: (i) with more than 3 weeks notice receive a full refund of deposit - less a $25.00 service fee (ii) with less than 3 weeks but more than 1 week notice, a 100% refund of deposit - less a $25.00 service fee - will be credited against a new arrival date. (ii) with less than 7 days notice, a 75% refund of deposit will be credited against a new arrival date. Reservation credits are valid for a period of one year.

Frequently Asked Questions

Arrival and Departure Times: Standard check-in times are between 5:00pm and 11:00pm. Standard departure times are by 11:00am. If you would like to arrive or depart outside of these times, please let us know. We will make every effort to accommodate varied schedules.

Breakfasts: Join us in the main house dining area for a full country breakfast - generally served between 7:30am and 9:30am. Please inquire about alternative times, continental, and room service. Romantic table settings with service to your suite is available with advance arrangements.

Smoking policy: Sorry - there is absolutely no smoking allowed in the rooms. We are happy to provide ash trays on the walk-out balcony from the Ambassador Suite, at the garden sitting area, and on the covered veranda.

Special Occasions: Customized wedding, anniversary, engagement, birthday, and valentine gift packages are available. Spa dates, dinner theatre, outdoor adventure, and cruise packages can also be reserved and/or arranged with your gift packages to create a truly unique and memorable getaway. Please inquire.
